Jason Taylor

Jason Taylor is a Financial Advisor with Flagship Harbor Advisors. He began his career in the financial services industry in September of 2006 after a career in the restaurant industry. Jason started working for Rare Hospitality in September of 1995 and flourished with the company. He became a manager for one of the company’s concepts at the age of 19 and continued to develop himself by attending Johnson & Wales University. In 2002 Jason graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Institutional Management and a concentration in Leadership. After graduating Jason became an assistant general manager at Hemenway’s and soon after transferred to The Capital Grille in Providence, RI.

While Jason worked in the restaurant industry he always maintained a strong interest in learning how to diversify and make money through numerous investments. Jason was very much a self-educator and found throughout his studies that he had a passion for the financial industry. He purchased his first home at the age of 21 and at the age of 23 his first rental property and many more thereafter. Throughout his professional career Jason has developed his real estate portfolio by continuing to buy, sell, and build homes which allows him to provide more robust advice to the clients he serves today.

Jason transitioned into the financial industry after understanding how much more he could help people, by providing more knowledge to clients about their finances, and putting strategies in place that could help pursue financial independence.

Jason is committed to providing clients with objective, comprehensive and holistic strategies to their financial planning needs. He believes that a customized personal investment strategy is the key for individuals, families and business owners to create and retain wealth.

Originally from Rumford, RI Jason currently resides in Lincoln, RI with his wife Kerri, and daughter Sofia Rose. Jason and Kerri have two wonderful dogs as well, Opus & Stella. They enjoy spending time outdoors, antiquing, and refurbishing old into new!
